SD Supreme Court Will Hear Oral Arguments in Amendment A Case on 4/28/21

The South Dakota Supreme Court will hear oral arguments in the Amendment A case on April 28th. Lawyers from the Amendment A Legal Defense team will be in Pierre to defend South Dakota's voter-approved legalization law in court.

We do not yet know the timing of the final decision. We will continue to provide updates as we get them.
