SD House Rejects SB 3 (Recreational) and SB 150 (Criminalization of Medical Cannabis Patients)
The South Dakota House of Representatives voted 28-40 against placing SB 3 on the official calendar and therefore did not hold a floor debate on SB 3 itself, while advocates scored a victory on SB 150 which was defeated in a 26-42 vote
