South Dakota Cannabis News Recap: SDBML Files 29,030 Signatures to the SD Secretary of State
On May 7th, South Dakotans for Better Marijuana Laws submitted 29,030 signatures to the South Dakota Secretary of State’s office in support of its proposed ballot initiative to legalize cannabis for adults 21 and older.
The initiative requires 17,508 valid signatures to qualify for the upcoming November ballot.
